We do not accept American Express, Discover, or any other payment method not listed above.
How payment works
- Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- For PayPal users, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete the transaction.
- For credit card payments, we use PCI‑compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Payment security
- Our website is protected by SSL encryption (HTTPS).
- We never ask for sensitive payment information via email or phone.
- If you suspect fraudulent activity on your card, contact your bank immediately and notify us at info@parfumsdemarlly.sbs.
Payment failures
If your payment is declined, please check:
- Sufficient funds available
- Correct card details (CVV, expiration date)
- Your bank may have blocked the transaction – call them to authorize
We will not process or ship any order until payment is successfully received.
Refunds (how they are issued)
- Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Timing: After we approve a refund (within 1–2 business days of receiving a return), your bank or PayPal may take an additional 7–10 business days to make the funds available.
- We cannot refund to a different card or PayPal account.
Currency conversion
If your bank or PayPal account uses a currency other than USD, conversion rates are determined by your financial institution. We are not responsible for any conversion fees or rate changes.
Billing information
The name and address on your payment method should match the billing address you provide. Mismatched information may cause delays or order cancellation.
