30‑day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for a full refund
- The item is unused and in its original packaging (box, seals, inserts).
- OR the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (leakage, broken sprayer, off‑smell due to production error). Defective items may be returned even if used.
Non‑returnable items
- Used items without a quality defect.
- Items missing original packaging.
- Free samples or gift‑with‑purchase items.
Free returns and no restocking fee
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you after your return request is approved. No restocking fee is applied.
How to return
- Email info@parfumsdemarlly.sbs with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization and prepaid label.
- Pack the item securely (original box plus outer shipping box).
- Drop off at any carrier location (USPS or UPS).

Refund timing
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). After we release the refund, your bank or PayPal may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the funds in your account.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including any return shipping if needed).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
