Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories) and all Canadian provinces except Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. We do not ship to any other country at this time.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time after dispatch
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) for a US order is 4–8 business days.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Carriers
We work with multiple reliable carriers. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package size. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties (Canada only)
Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canada Customs. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address provided by you. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Lost in transit
If your package is lost during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@parfumsdemarlly.sbs. We will work with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.
